  Our Customer Care Package provides you with complete technical support for your products. Our support department can be contacted directly by phone during office hours, or by email, and also through our website.
 
Software Updates and Service Packs
  With legislation and products constantly being updated throughout time, we continuously update our software to match this. As a member of the Customer Care Package, you will automatically receive all software updates as soon as they are released, free of charge. The software updates and service packs keep you right up to date.
 
Online Web Backup - Coming Soon!
  We will soon be launching a new service to make our Customer Care Package even better. All customers will be able to backup their certificates and information to our secure servers as part of their Customer Care Package. Customers can ensure they never lose their certificates with full peace of mind that their information is stored offsite on a secure server which can be retrieved at any time.
